Westland American Single Malt Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Westland American Single Malt is made at the Westland Distillery in Seattle, entirely from barley, and comes in a 70cl bottle at 46%. It uses only Pacific Northwest barley, special yeast strains and roasting levels likened to those of artisanal coffee. It is non-chill-filtered, with no colouring added. The nose combines roasted malt, light smoke, red fruit and chocolate. The palate shows subtle fruit, cocoa, roasted nuts, biscuit and soft spices, and the finish is long, warm and slightly smoky.
