An American single malt from the Westland distillery in Seattle, Washington, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered with no colouring added, and is matured in a range of casks including ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso.
The nose brings vanilla, maple syrup, oak, baking spices, sweet malt, caramel, nuts and toasted marshmallow. The palate is soft, with orchard fruit, oak, crème brûlée, malt, nuts and milk chocolate. The finish is medium in length, with oak, malt and fruit.
