Westland American Single Malt is the flagship of Westland Distillery in Seattle, Washington, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from 100% malted barley with long fermentations and matured in carefully selected American oak barrels. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose brings malt, biscuit, honey, ripe pear and light vanilla, with subtle woody notes. The palate is full and structured, with grain sweetness, caramel, soft spices, toast and a slightly nutty depth. The finish is medium to long and dry.
