Westland – Peated Whiskey (70cl)

A single malt whiskey from Westland, made from a mash of peated malt described as among the smokiest in the world. It is a variation on the distillery's American Oak expression, and the peated malt is combined with a range of malt-focused spirits. The spirit is filled mainly into new American oak and first-fill used American oak. Peat and smoke run through it without taking over the palate, while the malt-focused mash bills add grainy and fruity notes.
