Westland – Sherry Wood Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Westland Sherry Wood is a single malt whisky from Westland, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in casks made from American oak that crossed to Spain, where the staves were shaped into casks and held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry for nearly a century. Once emptied, the casks were refreshed by Rafael Cabello and his team at Tonelería del Sur in Montilla, Spain, before returning across the ocean to be filled with whisky.
