Whipper Snapper Australian Wheat Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Whipper Snapper Australian Wheat Whiskey is made from wheat grown in Western Australia, a grain with a high protein content that gives the spirit a soft, honeyed character. It is matured for a minimum of four years in virgin American white oak barrels with a number 3 char, and bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose is fruity, with brown sugar and a little floral note. On the palate come raisins, maple syrup, vanilla, caramel and sandalwood, and the finish brings raw honey, dried fruit and cherries.
