Whipper Snapper – Wheat Australian Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Whipper Snapper Wheat is an Australian wheat whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 45%, made at a distillery in urban Perth. It is described as Australia's first wheat whiskey. The grain is Hard Red Winter Wheat from the Armstrong and Blight farms near Narrogin in Western Australia. It is high in protein, which gives a silky, honeyed character. The whiskey was aged for 4 years in Char #3 virgin American white oak barrels. Vanilla, maple syrup and caramel are the flavours described, blending across oak and grain.
