Sentinel is a straight rye whiskey from Whiskey Del Bac, made with the desert of the American Southwest in mind. It starts as a sweet, bold straight rye.
The rye is finished in freshly harvested casks that have been mesquited, then filtered across mesquite charcoal left over from the distillery's mesquited malting. This filtration is a nod to the Franklin County method.
