Whistle Pig Straight Rye is a 10 year old rye whiskey from the United States, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose it offers allspice, orange peel, aniseed, oak, charcoal and caramel. The palate is notably sweet, with caramel and vanilla, followed by liquorice and mint. The finish is long, and buttery caramel remains the main note.
