This is a 12 year old rye whiskey from WhistlePig, bottled at 43% ABV under the name Old World Rye.
The whiskey spent a decade or more maturing in new American white oak. It was then finished and blended in three types of cask: Madeira for 63 per cent, Sauternes for 30 per cent and port for the remaining 7 per cent.
