WhistlePig Old World Rye is a 12-year-old rye whisky bottled at 86 proof, or 43% ABV.
The rye first matures for 12 years in new American oak, then is divided between three wine casks: Madeira (63%), Sauternes (30%) and Port (7%). The three finished whiskies are then blended together.
Rich fruit and spice notes run through it.
