WhistlePig began with the purchase of a farm in 2007, and the team worked with Master Distiller Dave Pickerell. The brand is committed to long ageing, and this rye is described as having a bold, spicy flavour profile. It is suited to bitter-sweet cocktails and is certified Kosher.
