The Badonkadonk is a 25 year old North American single malt from WhistlePig, finished in Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Alexander Valley. The barrels lend notes of stone fruit and cedar wood.
On the nose there is fig, plum, crème brûlée and light butterscotch. The palate brings cedar wood with doughy and wild honey notes, and the finish has toasted almonds and tanned leather.
