WhistlePig The BigShəBàng is a 30 year old single malt, bottled as a single barrel. It spent three decades maturing in American oak barrels before a final period in Vin Santo barrels, the name coming from the Italian for 'holy wine'.
The nose is honeyed bread, wheat crust and a subtle floral note. The palate brings subtle clove, sweet freshly kneaded dough and honeysuckle. The finish is of medium length, with toasted cedar and a delicate sweetness.
