White Peak – Wire Works Caduro X is a whisky from White Peak (Derbyshire). Bottled at 46.8% ABV, 70cl. Wire Works Whisky from White Peak Distillery is Derbyshire’s very first Single Malt. Commissioned in early 2018 with the first distillation taking place in April that year, it wasn’t until February 2022 when their first Wire Works Whisky was released. This lightly-peated Single Malt Whisky has been created using a combination of English un-peated and peated malted barley. A flavour-focused four day fermentation uses a unique yeast blend incorporating live yeast sourced from a local Peak District brewery. Caduro X

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
