Widow Jane 10 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 45.5%)

Widow Jane 10 Year Old is a straight bourbon aged for 10 years and bottled at 45.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled in Kentucky. It is brought down to bottling strength in New York with water from the Widow Jane mine in Rosendale. Every bottle is drawn from a single barrel, so each one shows its own character alongside the core flavour. Salted caramel and earthy vanilla lead the flavour, with dried cherries and brown sugar on the finish.
