Widow Jane 10 Year Old is a bourbon made by hand in Brooklyn, New York, in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of straight bourbons, put together in batches of just five barrels.
It is bottled without chill filtering and reduced with mineral water from the Rosendale mines of New York. The aim is a bourbon of notable intensity and complexity.
The nose brings vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream. On the palate there is orange, maple, cherry and almond, and the finish turns to charred oak and spice.
