Widow Jane – American Oak Aged Batch 44 Rye Mash (70cl, 45.5%)

Widow Jane Rye Mash is a grain spirit from a Brooklyn distillery, made from a spicy rye mash with a touch of barley. This is Batch 44. It spent two years in former bourbon casks of American oak and in apple wood. Because apple wood falls outside the American rules for whiskey, the distillery labels it a spirit drink. Batch 44 has natural colour, is not chill-filtered and was bottled at 45.5% ABV.
