Widow Jane Decadance is a blended straight bourbon bottled at 45.5% in a 750ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered.
It marries straight bourbons aged for at least ten years, sourced from Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, then finishes them in barrels that previously held maple syrup from Crown Maple, a New York estate producer. The whiskey is brought down to strength with limestone-filtered water from the Rosendale Mines.
The nose has sugared pecans, maple syrup, birch beer and charred oak. On the palate come vanilla bean, burnt sugar and cinnamon over deep maple. The finish is long and gently drying, with brown sugar, shortbread and tobacco.
