Widow Jane – Decadence 10 Years

Widow Jane Decadence is a 10 year old bourbon from Brooklyn, New York. It is matured in casks that previously held Crown Maple syrup, which gives the whiskey a deep mahogany colour. The blend is brought to strength with mineral-rich water from the Rosendale Mines. The maple influence sits alongside rich spice, giving a flavour profile of vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon, with a hint of tobacco and oak. Shortbread and baking spices also come through in the taste, with a faint tobacco undertone running beneath.
