Widow Jane – Rye Mash (70cl, 45.5%)

Widow Jane Rye Mash is an American rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45.5% ABV. The mash is made mainly from rye with a small share of barley, and the spirit is made with pure limestone mineral water. It has been aged for more than two years in American oak. The nose brings clove, honey, orange zest and tea. On the palate there is brown sugar, white pepper and rye, and the finish carries dried apricot and almond biscuits.
