Wild Turkey 101 is a Kentucky bourbon with a high rye content, matured in deeply charred American white oak barrels. Master distiller Jimmy Russell has made it the same way for more than 60 years. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The nose starts spicy, with rye and caraway seed and a background of caramel sweetness. The palate is intense and layered, with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, hazelnut and mint. The finish is long and spicy.
