This is an 18 year old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, selected privately for Cobra Kai. It comes from barrel #1618 and is bottled at barrel strength, 56.9% ABV (113.8 proof), in a 75cl bottle.
It is non-chill filtered and bottled by hand from a single cask, in Willett's hand-labelled style.
The nose is deep antique oak with dark caramel, leather, tobacco, dried cherry and vanilla. The palate is rich and concentrated, with toffee, dark chocolate, charred wood, dried fruit and baking spice on a substantial body. The finish is very long, oak-led, with lingering sweetness and warmth.
