This is a 7-year-old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, sourced and bottled by Willett Distillery in Bardstown. It comes from barrel #9495 and is bottled at 60.6% ABV (121.2 proof) in a 75cl bottle, without dilution. The barrel was privately selected and carries the name 'Scotty's Dream', one of the custom-named single barrel releases Willett produces alongside its standard Family Estate bottlings. The nose is bright, with grain, vanilla, caramel and fresh oak. On the palate it is bold, with brown sugar, rye spice, charred oak and warm baking spice. The finish is medium to long and warming, led by grain with oak and spice.
