Willett Family Reserve Rye is a rye whisky from the Willett distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It was aged for four years in American oak and bottled at cask strength.
The whisky is a blend of two mashbills. The High Rye is made from 74% rye, 11% corn and 15% malted barley, while the Low Rye uses 51% rye, 34% corn and 15% malted barley. Maturation in charred oak casks shapes its character.
