A wheated bourbon made by the Willett distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, and first introduced in 2008. The mash bill is 65 per cent corn, 20 per cent wheat and 15 per cent barley. It is aged for 8 to 10 years, bottled at 47% ABV and sold in a decanter shaped like a pot still.
The nose has vanilla and lemon cake. The palate balances caramel, vanilla, spice and citrus, and the finish is complex, with spice, pepper, toffee and nuts.
