Noah's Mill Small Batch is a bourbon from the Willett distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, a family-run business since 1936. It is bottled at cask strength, 57.15%, in a 70cl bottle, without filtration or added colour.
The bourbon is matured in hand-selected oak casks.
The nose is rich and spicy, with vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. The palate is full, with oak, warm spices and a restrained sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with a pleasant spiciness and a hint of toffee.
