Rowan's Creek Small Batch is a bourbon from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, bottled at 50.05% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in carefully selected bourbon casks and bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The nose combines warm vanilla, sweet caramel and fine oak. On the palate it is full-bodied, with ripe fruit, aromatic spices and a restrained sweetness. The finish is long and pleasantly spicy, with fine wood notes.
