William Grant & Sons – 25 Year Old Rare Cask Reserves 3 x 35cl is a whisky from William Grant & Sons (Highlands). Aged 25 years, bottled at 40% ABV, 35clx3. Launched by William Grant - founder of the Glenfiddich distillery - in 1898, Grant’s is Scotland’s oldest continuously family-run, blended whisky maker. William’s rise from cattle herder to whisky baron is one of the great tales in Scotch. In 1903, William employed his son-in-law Charles Gordon and six years later he embarked on a world tour spreading the word about Grant’s (or, as it was then called, Grant’s Standfast after the clan motto: ‘Standfast Craigellachie’) and making the brand into the worldwide success it is today.
