Willie's Devil's Brigade Whiskey (42%)

Willie's Devil's Brigade is a blended whiskey from Willie's Distillery, made as a tribute to the First Special Service Force, the joint American-Canadian unit of the Second World War known as the Devil's Brigade. It combines 60% American bourbon with 40% Canadian whisky. The whiskeys were distilled in Montana and Canada, then blended and bottled in Ennis, Montana. The 42% ABV strength nods to the V-42 knife the unit carried. The nose is citrus, toasted oak and vanilla. On the palate, charred oak gives way to clove, honey and butterscotch, and the finish is creamy and round with a gently spicy apricot note.
