Wire Works Calvados Arrivée Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Calvados Arrivée is a single malt from White Peak Distillery in Derbyshire, made from the distillery's lightly peated spirit. It was aged first in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for 3 years in first fill Calvados casks that had held the apple brandy for a decade. 987 bottles were made, in 70cl bottles, at natural colour and non-chill filtered. It is described as sweet, fruity and elegant, with fresh apple and vanilla custard, a rich mouthfeel and a gentle, lingering wisp of smoke.
