Wolfburn – Aurora (75cl)

Wolfburn Aurora is a single malt Scotch whisky from Wolfburn, the most northerly mainland distillery in Scotland, in Thurso, Caithness. The distillery was revived in 2013 and makes a clean, fresh, maritime Highland spirit. Aurora is finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, which add warm dried fruit and spice to that light, coastal base. The name refers to the northern lights seen from Caithness. It is a regular expression in the Wolfburn range, in a 75cl bottle.
