Wolfburn Chinese New Year 2021 is a limited edition Highland single malt released for the Year of the Ox. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle.
The nose combines sherry aromas with autumn fruits, a hint of sugary coffee and dark chocolate. The palate is rich, with spice and vanilla, a fruity sweetness and a trace of dates, raisins and nuts, leading to a warm, soft finish.
