This is a single cask Highland single malt from Wolfburn, distilled in 2013 and bottled at 8 years old. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle, from Cask 188, and the release is limited to 306 bottles worldwide.
The nose combines dates, walnuts and earthy vanilla pod. On the palate it is peppery and honeyed, with soft hints of peat, red berry sweetness and sugary coffee. The finish is sweet, with honey, sultana and cinnamon.
