A Kentucky straight wheat whiskey from Woodford Reserve, released in 2023 as part of the Masters Collection, in a 375ml bottle. Wheat, rather than corn, is the main grain, alongside corn and malted barley.
It is triple-distilled in copper pot stills and matured in new charred American oak. The wheat base gives a softer, lighter, bread-like character, with less of the sweet corn caramel found in bourbon.
