Woodford Reserve – Master's Collection Batch Proof 128.3 Bourbon 2021 (75cl, 64.2%)

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Batch Proof is a Kentucky bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 128.3 proof (64.15% ABV). The 2021 edition was the fourth annual Batch Proof release and the highest proof the distillery had bottled up to that point, released in March 2021. Barrels are blended into a batch and bottled at their actual proof, without dilution. The mash bill is 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley. Tasting notes describe a nose of tea leaf and dried leather with peppermint and cedar, a bittersweet palate of corn, cocoa, wood spice, brittle toffee and s'mores, and a long, dry finish with dark chocolate and espresso.
