The nose is of toasted almond, dried fruit, cherry and very ripe banana, with a touch of oak and citrus zest that turns towards a lively pepper note.
On the palate, sweet baking spices meet pepper, cardamom and pine, with subtle caramel and cinnamon bark. The finish is long, warm and intense, with cherry returning alongside fine cedar, leather and vanilla.
