The nose combines warming spice, cinnamon and cedar, with cooked apple, pear and banana. A delicate floral note sits over light vanilla and brown sugar.
On the palate there is spicy apple compote and toasted coconut, alongside earthy mint and cacao. The finish is dry and subtle, with cacao seeds and lingering apple skin.
