American oak brings vanilla, caramel and toasted wood, while orchard fruit stays clear in the spirit.
The nose offers apple, pear and ripe light fruit with vanilla, sweet malt and toasted oak. The palate is rich and full, with concentrated fruit, creamy sweetness, caramel, wood and pepper. The finish is long and warming, with toasted oak, spice and lingering fruit, closing on dry wood.
