Writers' Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Writers' Tears Copper Pot is an Irish whiskey that marries aged single pot still with single malt. It is made entirely from barley, both malted and unmalted, and is triple distilled and non-peated. It is matured in flame-charred American oak bourbon casks and comes in a 70cl bottle at 40%. The nose shows flashes of apple with hints of vanilla. The palate is gently spiced, with ginger and orchard fruits. The finish is long and elegant, with dark chocolate.
