Wyoming Whiskey Outryder is a straight American whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. It is distilled, aged and bottled in Kirby, Wyoming.
It combines two mash bills, one bourbon-style and one rye-style, each aged separately for five years in new, charred American oak barrels before the two are blended.
The colour is deep copper with golden undertones. The nose is toasted oak, caramel, cinnamon and a hint of black pepper, with light floral notes. The palate opens with spicy rye balanced by honey, vanilla and toffee, then dried fruit, nutmeg and baking spice. The finish is long and warming, with oak, spice and lingering sweetness.
