Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask is a straight bourbon from the Wyoming Whiskey distillery in Kirby, Wyoming, in a 75cl bottle at 50% ABV.
The bourbon spends five years in its first barrel and is then finished in sherry casks. That second period adds a touch of sweetness and a rounder, smoother texture, with dried-fruit sweetness layered over the base spirit. The distillery distils, barrels and bottles it all on site.
