The Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese single malt from Suntory, bottled by the Yamazaki distillery itself at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It sits in the Single Malt Japanese Whisky series.
Maturation takes place in two kinds of cask: Bordeaux wine casks and sherry casks. This is an official distillery release rather than an independent bottling.
