Yamazaki – Distiller's Reserve New Label (70cl, 43%)

Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese single malt from the Yamazaki Distillery, which the label describes as the oldest distillery in Japan. It was matured in American oak, Spanish oak and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, and is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Cherries, strawberries and Mizunara show on the nose. The palate brings raspberries, white peach and a touch of coconut, and the finish has a bright, sweet vanilla note with a hint of cinnamon.
