This is Yamazaki Mizunara 18 Years Old, a single malt released as a limited edition for the 100th anniversary of Suntory Whisky. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
The malt whiskies chosen for it were all aged for at least 18 years, entirely in Mizunara casks. The bottling is meant to show the flavours of Mizunara oak, which gives several Yamazaki releases their Japanese character.
