Yamazakura Fine Blended Whisky is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is linked to Sasanokawa Shuzo, a sake brewer in Japan's Tohoku region that obtained its whisky licence in 1946. This is a very gentle whisky, easy on both nose and palate. The nose is orange blossom. On the palate come oak, caramel and fresh orchard fruit, with an upfront sweetness that stays on the tongue. The finish brings dark chocolate.
