Outlaw is a bourbon from Yellow Rose, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery treats it as its showpiece, and it departs from the usual conventions of the style.
Traditional bourbon has to contain at least 51% American yellow corn. Outlaw is made from 100% local corn, craft distilled. Its flavour is lightly sweet and rich.
