Yellow Rose Premium American is an amber-coloured whiskey from Texas, the Lone Star State. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is a soft, smooth and sweet whiskey. The aroma is light and fruity, led by banana, with caramel blending in slowly so that the fruit is never overwhelming.
The palate follows the aroma, with banana again the strongest note and a pleasant sweetness. The finish is of medium length.
