Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey is made from a mash bill of 100% malted barley, aged for 4 years and bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is a new addition to the Yellowstone range.
The all-malt mash gives it a cereal-forward character, with sweet grain and roasted nuts at its centre.
The nose offers dark chocolate, toasted malt, honeycomb and warm oak. The palate is thick and creamy, with toasted almonds, baked apple and dark cocoa, balanced by gentle baking spice and soft vanilla. The finish is long and warm, with sweet malt and toasted wood.
