Yoichi Single Malt is a Japanese single malt from the House of Nikka, bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The stills are heated over a coal fire, a traditional technique that is hard to master. The whisky is a blend of malts of different ages, chosen to reach the aromatic character of the House of Nikka.
Its aromas are of peat, smoke and spices.
